Flash on a Bridge


This is an advanced dare. Quite simply, you stand on a bridge and flash at someone.
It is fairly safe as the person seeing you flash will not be able to reach you quickly.
You stand on a bridge over a road or river and flash your bits to the people who pass underneath.
